NON-TRADE GARDENER
Warren Shire Council is seeking a motivated, reliable and hands-on Non-Trade Gardener to join our team and help maintain and beautify our parks, gardens, reserves, ovals and cemeteries.

What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining parks, gardens, ovals and public spaces
- Operating plant and equipment, including trucks and backhoes
- Mowing, pruning, landscaping, planting and weed control
- Carrying out concreting, paving, painting and general construction work
- Keeping public spaces clean, tidy, secure and looking their best
- Organising daily equipment and material requirements
- Ensuring machinery is operated safely and maintained in good working order

Essential
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Class C Licence
Employment Conditions
- Salary Range: $1118.30 - $1297.23 per week depending on qualifications and experience
- Adverse Working Conditions Allowance
- Other allowances as required
- Superannuation per the superannuation guarantee (12%)
- 9-day fortnight flexitime system – 38-hour week
- Leave provisions as per the Local Government (State) Award
The successful applicant will be subject to a pre-employment medical assessment prior to confirmation of employment.
