Fuse Management trading as Fuse Property

Queanbeyan

An exciting opportunity to take the lead in office operations and become an integral part of a growing boutique real estate agency.

Fuse Property is seeking an experienced, highly organised and motivated Office Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the continued success and growth of our business.

This is a key leadership and operational position, working closely with the Director, shareholders and wider team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our Property Management and Residential Sales departments.

We are looking for more than someone who can manage an office. We want a proactive, solutions-focused professional who takes initiative, leads by example and takes genuine ownership of their responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently manage competing priorities, support team performance and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

If you are someone who enjoys bringing structure to a busy workplace, improving processes and being the person everyone can rely on to keep things moving, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

As Office Manager, you will be at the centre of Fuse Property's daily operations, providing operational leadership, administrative oversight and essential support across both Property Management and Residential Sales.

Working directly with the Director and shareholders, you will play an important role in maintaining high operational standards, supporting the team and identifying opportunities to improve business efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

Office Management & Business Operations

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the office, ensuring an efficient and professional working environment.

- Work closely with the Director to coordinate business priorities, operational requirements and administrative functions.

- Monitor office workflows, outstanding tasks and deadlines to ensure matters are completed accurately and on time.

- Implement, maintain and improve internal systems, procedures and operational checklists.

- Ensure accurate record keeping, file management and compliance with relevant real estate legislation and office policies.

- Manage office correspondence, documentation, supplies and general operational requirements.

Team Support & Coordination

- Provide leadership, guidance and administrative support to the Property Management and Sales teams.

- Assist with staff onboarding, training and the implementation of internal procedures.

- Monitor task completion, follow up on outstanding matters and promote accountability across the team.

- Support effective communication and collaboration between departments.

- Assist the Director in maintaining a positive, productive and professional workplace culture.

Property Management & Sales Support

- Oversee administrative processes associated with new managements, property listings and client onboarding.

- Support the Property Management team with documentation,

compliance requirements and general administration.

- Assist with Sales administration, marketing campaigns, advertising, photography and listing preparation.

- Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, vendors, purchasers, contractors, solicitors, strata managers and other stakeholders.

- Ensure property and client records are accurate, complete and maintained to a high standard.

- Assist with accounts, invoicing and general financial administration as required.

Business Improvement & Client Service

- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

- Take a proactive approach to resolving day-to-day issues before they become larger problems.

- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and ensure client enquiries are handled professionally.

- Support the continued development and growth of Fuse Property through strong organisational and operational practices.

About You

We are looking for a capable, confident and highly organised individual who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of running an efficient and accountable office.

You will be someone who naturally takes the lead, anticipates what needs to be done and follows matters through to completion.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience in office management, real estate administration, business operations or a comparable senior administrative position.

- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.

- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to work independently and make informed decisions.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support, guide and coordinate a busy team.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to client relationships.

- Outstanding attention to detail, particularly in relation to documentation, compliance and record keeping.

- Confidence in following up outstanding tasks, maintaining accountability and ensuring office procedures are consistently followed.

- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm, adaptable and solutions-focused under pressure.

- Excellent computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn and confidently navigate business systems.

- A genuine interest in improving workplace processes, efficiencies and team performance.

- A positive, reliable and approachable attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and exceptional service.

Previous experience within the real estate industry is highly desirable,

particularly within Property Management, Residential Sales or agency operations.

Experience using PropertyMe, real estate CRM platforms and other industry-specific software will be highly regarded.

Above all, we value initiative, accountability and someone who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
