You'll work across a range of sites, delivering safe, compliant and high-quality electrical work, often at heights. This client has immediate start requirements, and plenty of work in their expanding business. They are a well established business with an REC license and their own construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems, wiring and equipment
- Fault-finding and testing circuits, switchboards and fittings
- Running cable, installing lighting, power and data, and terminating and commissioning circuits
- Working safely at heights from ladders, scaffolds and EWPs
- Making sure all work complies with AS/NZS 3000 (Wiring Rules) and relevant standards
- Completing Certificates of Electrical Safety (COES) and job documentation
- Working with site supervisors, builders and other trades
About you
- A current Victorian A-Grade Electrician licence (essential)
- A current Working at Heights ticket (essential)
- Construction induction (White Card)
- Experience as a licensed electrician on residential, commercial or industrial sites
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
- A strong safety focus and attention to detail
- Elevating work platform (EWP) licence
- Industrial or commercial fit-out experience
