About the role:

We are currently seeking a dental receptionist to join our team at Bella Dental Care which is located in the Norwest Business Park. This position is available immediately and offers an opportunity to further develop your dental knowledge and skills. Minimum of 1 year experience is preferred and additional on-the-job training will be provided to the candidates to equip you with the skills required for the role.

Your role will include;

1. Ability to liaise with patients to ensure they feel comfortable in the dental environment

2. A broad range of administrative based tasks, including but not limited to; greeting patients prior to treatment, processing HICAPS and EFTPOS, manage practice database, schedule appointments and manage accounts

3. Chairside assisting

4. Sterilising processes

5.



Willingness to develop relationships and exceed patient expectations

6. Adhere to infection control protocols

7. Readiness to work alongside Dentist, Hygienist, Oral Health Therapists

8. Surgery preparation

About you:

· Be an Australian Citizen

· Highly motivated and able to develop profession relationships with patients and staff

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Friendly personality with a skilled manner

· Team player with an ability to build rapport with patients, dentists and other co-workers

· Available to work Monday - Saturday

· Demonstrate initiative, time-management and flexibility
