As a growing business we are always looking for motivated, passionate individuals to join our team across a variety of departments and specialities.

Currently we're looking for someone to join our sales team on a full time basis to assist with a range of tasks.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic and occasionally some problem solving!

Experience with an instrument is crucial to this role, and basic knowledge of gear is highly appreciated.

Candidates must be able to work one weekend day

Some job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Handling in store customers, and providing unbelievable customer service

- Provide advice and solutions for musicians of all levels

- Picking and packing orders and preparing them for dispatch





- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

- Quality control - preparing musical instruments for dispatch

What we are looking for

- Solid communication and people skills

- A positive, patient, and helpful attitude

- Computer and technology skills

- Ability to manage a large amount of enquiries at once

- Someone looking to start their career in musical instrument sales
