J.A.C's Learning World is a privately owned Early Childhood Education and Care Service located in Yeppoon, Queensland. We are licenced to cater for 52 children a day including children aged from 15 months up to school aged, including a Government Approved Kindergarten Program. Our dedicated qualified educators provide a flexible program that contains a wide variety of age appropriate experiences, we strive to ensure that our environments are homely, relaxed and are a safe place in which children and their families feel confident, comfortable and supported in their endeavours. J.A.C's Learning World was rated Exceeding all National Quality Standards on 23rd April 2021.
Qualifications & experience
- Diploma of Children's Services
- Certificate III of Children's Services
- Have a genuine interest in undertaking a qualification in early childhood education
- Current Positive Notice Blue Card or the ability to obtain
Tasks & responsibilities
- The role is to work as part of a team to create a warm and inclusive environment for children, and provide quality education and care for children and families.
- Build effective and healthy partnerships with team members, families and community.
- Maintain a clean and safe setting.
- Support the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
- Enthusiastically participate with children in play based experiences
- Engage in Professional Development opportunities.
