WG Outdoor Life is looking for a reliable, experienced and hands on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of the day to day running of our Osborne Park warehouse.

We specialise in premium outdoor furniture, pots, planters, water features and architectural garden products, supplying homeowners and landscape professionals across Perth.

This is a permanent full-time role offering regular weekday hours and the opportunity to join a small, established team where your contribution makes a real difference.

The Role

This is a hands on role, with most of your day spent on the warehouse floor coordinating workflow, managing stock, preparing orders and working alongside one warehouse team member. You’ll be responsible for keeping the warehouse organised and ensuring stock, customer orders and incoming deliveries are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

· Coordinating daily warehouse tasks and priorities

· Preparing and checking customer orders for collection and delivery

· Receiving incoming stock and checking quantities and condition

· Carrying out regular stocktakes and resolving discrepancies

· Planning and coordinating container deliveries

· Coordinating showroom restocking

· Operating a forklift for deliveries and collections

· Maintaining a clean, safe and well organised warehouse and yard





· Communicating with the showroom team to keep daily operations running smoothly

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on their feet, staying organised and rolling up their sleeves to get things done. You’ll be reliable, practical and comfortable taking responsibility for your area while working as part of a small team.

Ideally, you’ll have:

· Previous warehouse management experience 3+ years

· Solid organisation and attention to detail

· Experience with stock control and inventory

· Confidence using inventory software

· Good communication and time management skills

· A current forklift licence

· Full Australian working rights
