About the role

Greenhouse Paediatrics is seeking passionate and dedicated graduate Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary Therapy and Paediatric Medicine team in Karrinyup. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and work in a supportive, collaborative, and neuro-affirming environment, helping children and young people aged 0–18 years with a diverse range of needs. Our clients include children with developmental delays, communication disorders, feeding and swallowing difficulties, intellectual and physical disabilities, and neurodivergence (including autism and ADHD).

Key responsibilities

- Work with children and young people aged 0–18 years with developmental delays, communication disorders, feeding and swallowing difficulties, intellectual and physical disabilities, and neurodivergence

- Provide specialist assessments and evidence-informed interventions across autism spectrum disorders, language and communication delays, speech sound disorders, social communication differences, and early language development

- Support children with stuttering and voice disorders, feeding and mealtime support, literacy and school-aged language support, and complex communication needs and AAC

- Provide collaborative support for children with emotional and self-regulation challenges

- Work alongside Developmental and Sleep/Respiratory Paediatricians with opportunities for collaborative consultation and interdisciplinary learning

- Participate in regular supervision and mentoring from experienced therapists.

- Engage with structured learning program developed by Greenhouse Therapists,



in conjunction with Paediatricians, including observation sessions, supervision, professional development sessions and group training sessions.

About you

- Graduating in 2026 with a qualification in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy
