What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and assisting passengers at security checkpoints
- Providing respectful and professional screening
- Helping manage passenger flow with calm and clarity
- Working within explicit safety and security procedures
- Being the reassuring face of airport security for thousands of travellers
- Conduct passenger screening searches, including frisk searches and pat-downs, where required.
Who We’re Looking For
- Great communicators who enjoy helping people
- Customer service experience is welcome — but not required
- Interested in aviation, safety, or security? This is your stepping stone
- Willing to complete Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (Training is offered at a reduced rate,
and eligible applicants may be able to access Queensland SAS RTO funding to help subsidise the course cost).

What You Need
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to pass a drug screening, medical check, and criminal history check (ASIC eligibility)
- Unrestricted driver’s licence and own reliable transport
- Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster. As this is a casual position, shifts are offered based on operational requirements and applicants must be available to work across all rostered days and times.

Training & Development

- Only $1,300 for a Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (normally $2,000)
