About Us & The Role

We are seeking Senior and Project Geologists with 5+ years’ experience who thrive on mineral discovery and enjoy leading exploration initiatives to join our Brisbane-based geoscience consultancy. These roles suit geologists who combine strong field know-how with high-quality technical reporting and solid 2D/3D interpretation skills. The successful candidate can manage field programs professionally, maintain organised datasets and produce deliverables from planning through to final documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Campaign Leadership: Design, timeline and budget, and then safely and efficiently participate in field-based exploration programs, including geological mapping, and geochemical surveys, management of geophysical surveys and diamond and RC drill programs.

- Data Compilation, Validation and Integration: Lead the deep-dive collection, levelling, and validation of historical exploration records, open-file data, and new geochemical, geophysical, and drilling datasets. Prepare multi-layered GIS workspaces (QGIS) and build accurate 3D structural and lithological models (Micromine)

- Integrated Interpretation and Target Generation in 2D & 3D: Interpret and analyse large geological, geochemical and geophysical datasets to develop exploration models and generate targets.

- Technical Analysis & Writing: Author high-calibre technical reports, independent geological assessments,



and marketing presentations to communicate results, recommendations and scoped budgets to clients including to assist clients execute capital raises.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to field methods, data workflows, and safety procedures. Identify training opportunities,

Requirements

- Tertiary qualifications in Geoscience or Earth Sciences and 5+ years’ experience in mineral exploration

- Strong track record in historical data compilation and data quality management.

- High proficiency in modern exploration software: 2D GIS and 3D (Micromine, Leapfrog, QGIS, or MapInfo).

- Exceptional technical report writing and communication skills; able to formulate clean, evidence-based geological targets.

- Practical field exploration experience: structural and stratigraphic mapping and sampling, drill program supervision and rig contract management, geological logging

- Australian work rights (required)
