UGL’s Industrial & Resources division are currently seeking a supervisor to join our Mt Piper – Lithgow NSW for an upcoming outage.

On Offer:

- 11-hour shifts, Monday through till Saturday

The role will be responsible for supervising a major outage of a unit at a Power Station, safely delivering planned maintenance within the scheduled timeframe, coordinating crews, contractors, and resources to ensure all work is completed efficiently, in line with schedule, scope, and safety requirements

- Enforce strict adherence to safety procedures, isolations and permit systems

- Supervise crews and contractors, ensure work is completed to scope, quality standards, and schedule

- Plan, prioritise, and sequence tasks to meet shutdown milestones

- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to shutdown management and stakeholders

- Coordinate resources, tools, and materials to avoid delays in disruption

- Maintain accurate documentation

- Daily Timesheet keeping

- Conduct toolbox talks

- Work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

- Comply with safety standards and local regulations

Skills Required:





- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, materials and processes

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supervising

- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and resources successfully

- Solid leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with teams and stakeholders

Qualifications Required

- Trade Certificate

- White Card

- Drive License

- WAH & Confined Space - completed within 2 years
