About the role

Testar Australia is seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team on-site at the Cromer office. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, combining your creative skills with a passion for astronomy and astrophotography to engage our community of experts and enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

- Compose engaging newsletters combining promotions, upcoming astronomical events, and current product launches

- Film and edit high-quality videos for YouTube channel, as well as short-form Reels and Shorts for social media

- Monitor, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns to maximize ROI

- Develop and maintain the company's social presence—creating and scheduling content, engaging with audience, and analyzing performance across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

- Maintain website content on Shopify, ensuring product descriptions are correct, accurate, and optimized for search engines (SEO)

- Create digital design assets for website, social platforms, and email campaigns

About you

- A passion for astronomy, astrophotography, or space science is highly regarded (or a strong willingness to learn the niche)





- Basic experience filming and editing engaging video content

- Competency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro/Photoshop/Illustrator or similar tools)

- Knowledge of or experience with Shopify is a plus

- Independent thinker with strong creative autonomy, alongside eagerness to receive direct tutoring and mentorship on creating highly specialized, technical astronomy content
