- Self-motivation and the ability to work on your own while contributing to the team
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems
- Willingness to travel regularly, including regionally and interstate
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency
- A current Australian driver’s licence and the ability to pass a National Police Check
What We Offer
- $115,000–$135,000 base salary, depending on experience and qualifications
- Performance-based bonus
- Fully maintained company vehicle, including fuel
- Laptop, mobile phone and equipment
- Full training in insurance replacement costing and property risk consultancy
- A high level of autonomy, backed by a dedicated admin team
- Clear pathways for professional growth and career progression
- A supportive, collaborative team culture
