An exciting opportunity is available for Electricians to join an Australian electrical manufacturer based near Tingalpa.
With an upcoming workshop upgrade and relocation, the business is looking to bring additional Electricians on board from late October through to early November. This is a workshop-based role focused on the assembly and wiring of switchboards, MCCs and control panels.
With a robust pipeline of work, this is an excellent opportunity for Electricians looking for consistent workshop-based work, regular overtime and a genuine temp-to-permanent pathway.

Duties
Assemble and wire switchboards, MCCs and control panels
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams
Complete cable preparation, glanding, terminations and component fit-off
Carry out control wiring and electrical fit-off
Assist with testing, fault finding and quality assurance checks
Safely and efficiently use hand and power tools
Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment
Work safely and efficiently while meeting production deadlines
Skills & Experience
Current QLD Electrical Licence
Previous switchboard, MCC or control panel experience highly regarded
Robust ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Experience with control wiring
PLC and VSD experience advantageous
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, safety-focused and committed to producing high-quality work
