FIVE is Melbourne’s newest vineyard, located only 40km north from Melbourne CBD in the growing suburb Mernda. Surrounded by 30,000 vines, the venue at FIVE is designed by award winning architects and interior designers and hosts guests for large corporate and private events, to wine bar enthusiasts, as well as private dining experiences. FIVE has 5 dedicated spaces for patrons to enjoy including a 112 seats in The Wine Bar with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. FIVE is not only the largest tourism destination in the area but an absolute gem for the locals.

We are looking for experienced chefs to join our growing kitchen team. Reporting to Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and service of your section.

About you:
Proven experience as a Chef in a quick-paced venue
Solid understanding of seasonal produce and contemporary cooking techniques
Passion for great food and hospitality
