About the Role:
-As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for recent and existing customers, providing friendly, ----knowledgeable support across phone and email.
-You'll build relationships, solve problems and help customers find the right solutions, all while developing valuable experience within the health insurance industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
-Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
-Build rapport and understand individual customer needs
-Provide explicit and accurate information about products and services
-Resolve enquiries and identify opportunities to improve customer experiences
-Maintain accurate customer records across multiple systems
-Work collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team
About You:
You'll be a confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people and solving problems.
Ideally, you'll bring:
-Previous customer service, contact centre, banking, insurance, superannuation or similar experience
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-A confident and engaging phone manner
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Confidence navigating multiple systems
-A positive, resilient attitude and eagerness to learn
