About the role: End-to-end accounts payable role involving credit card reconciliation, bank reconciliation, sales invoice processing and other ad hoc tasks. You will assist in month-end reporting and BAS preparation, maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation, ensure compliance with company procedures, and process employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end accounts payable tasks, including credit card reconciliation, bank reconciliation, sales invoice processing and other ad hoc tasks.
Assist in month-end reporting and BAS preparation.
Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procedures.




Process employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
Assist in payroll activities.
Undertake other admin duties as required from time to time.

Education/Experience Requirements:
Accounting diploma or studying for an accounting qualification.
2 - 4 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
ERP experience, preferably in SAP S/4 HANA.
Payroll exposure is an added advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
