Aurum Dental is Bendigo's most beautiful dental practice, and we're growing rapid! Our patients love us (hello, 5 stars on Google!), and our front desk team is a big reason why. Now we're looking for an experienced full-time Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to join the crew.
About the role
You'll be the first smiling face our patients see and the person who keeps our days running smoothly. As an experienced full time Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator at Aurum Dental, you'll be central to our team's success in a busy, growing dental practice.
Key responsibilities
Greeting patients with energy, warmth and a genuine smile
Running a busy appointment book and keeping the day flowing
Explaining treatment plans and payment options clearly and confidently
Spotting what needs doing before anyone has to ask, then jumping in and making it happen
Keeping our reception space organised, welcoming and looking amazing
Working closely with our clinical team and pitching in if the practice needs it
About you
Have previous experience as a receptionist in a busy dental practice, and know your way around a packed diary,
treatment quotes and patient payments
Have a proactive, can-do attitude and see a problem as something to fix, not something to wait on
Take initiative, suggest better ways of doing things and own your work
Are friendly, positive and bring good energy to a team
Stay calm and organised when it gets busy
Are comfortable with dental practice software and take pride in the details
Care about team culture and want to help us build it
Previous Dental Assistant experience is preferred, but not necessary
