At Albury Community Strata, our Strata Assistants work hand in hand with a Strata Manager to look after a portfolio of buildings and the people who live in them. You'll share responsibility for how well that portfolio runs, and your work will make a visible difference to owners and the community every day.

What your days will look like

You'll be a go-to person for owners, property managers and tradespeople. One moment you might be answering a levy question via email, the next you'll be issuing a work order to fix a leaking roof and following it through until it's done. You'll help prepare meeting notices and minutes, process renovation and pet applications, welcome current buildings onto our books, and keep records accurate and up to date. You'll also help cover our phones and info inbox, so every caller gets a kind, helpful response.

Where this role can take you

This is an prospect to build a career. We will support you to obtain your NSW Certificate of Registration in Strata Management. You'll learn directly from experienced strata managers and our Licensee in Charge,



building a qualification and real-world skills that open a long-term career path in strata management.

You'll thrive here if you:

· Communicate with warmth and care, in writing and on the phone

· Stay organised and calm when several things need attention at once

· Have a sharp eye for detail and like getting things right

· Bring initiative and enjoy solving problems

· Have experience in administration, reception or customer service

· Enjoy working as part of a team

Experience in strata, property management or real estate is a bonus, but not a must. Curiosity, exceptional communication skills and a willingness to learn matter more to us.
