About the role

Ready to step off the tools and into a role that shapes projects from the first estimate to the final handover? We are looking for a Project Coordinator to take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from estimating and tendering through to award, planning and in office execution. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Perth, with FIFO to various sites depending on project requirements. Reporting to executive leadership, you will be the link between our clients, site crews and suppliers. It is an ideal step for someone ready to move off the tools and into a genuine pathway towards a Project Manager role.

Key responsibilities
Build estimates and prepare tenders for mining mechanical & piping projects
Follow successful tenders through award, mobilisation, and planning
Coordinate project execution, including scheduling, resourcing, materials, and subcontractors
Support HSE best practice and lead by example on site
Monitor procurement so crews have the plant, equipment, and materials they need from day one
Track project progress, costs, and reporting using Excel and our project systems
Build strong relationships with clients, crews, and suppliers
Mentor and guide site teams in technical and construction practices




Travel to various sites as project needs require, working FIFO

About you
Mechanical trade background preferred, though we will consider relevant hands-on experience from other backgrounds
Proven in office project execution experience
Mining industry experience (essential)
HDPE piping experience (highly regarded)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Confidence communicating with clients, crews and suppliers
Ability to manage multiple deliverables from estimate through to close-out
Willingness to work FIFO as required
Current Australian driver's licence
