The successful applicant will be fully responsible for the daily car wash operations. This role will be supported by Sparkletown's highly productive operations team.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for the daily management and day-to-day operations of the Car Wash
Managing and training casual staff
Ensure all equipment is in full working order
Manage occupation health and safety, and security issues
Management and ordering of chemicals and other inventory items
Quality control and strict time management
General cleaning and maintenance of all equipment, grounds, and facilities to meet company standards
Manage and motivate a team to maximise sales and cost efficiency
Providing high quality customer service and community engagement
Develop a detailed understanding of customers and drive sales performance through repeat business, strategic collaborations, and innovation marketing ideas
About you
Ability to fulfill an active role
Ability to keep a clean workplace
General understanding of mechanical systems
General computer skills
Confidently lead and manage a small team under strict time managed circumstances
