Role Overview

Reo Group is partnering with a well-regarded specialist insurance business to recruit a Senior Risk Manager. Sitting within the Legal, Risk and Compliance function, you will take a lead role in continuing the build and embedding of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across the business, working closely with senior leadership and key internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Continue building and embedding the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across the business.
Provide high-level reporting to senior leadership, executive, and board-level stakeholders.
Oversee audits, controls, and testing, working closely with second and third line functions.




Partner with the business to identify, assess, and manage key risks across the organisation.
Contribute to the ongoing development of risk policies, frameworks, and governance structures.

Candidate Profile
Robust risk management background within an AFSL general insurance setting.
Experience across audit, controls testing, and lines 2 and 3.
Insurer/Underwriting agency experience is highly regarded.
Confident and credible communicator, comfortable reporting at senior and board level.
A genuine desire to build and shape a framework rather than simply maintain an existing one.
