Elixir Coffee Roasters is looking for an experienced Chef for our busy HQ cafe, operating Monday to Saturday.

The role is for 25+ hrs per week and includes NO nights, NO Sundays, NO Public Holidays!

The successful applicant must have previous experience and the ability to do or possess the following:
Take pride when presenting and plating meals
Able to take directions, as well as work confidently on tasks independently
Able to contribute to new menu items and seasonal menu planning
Have excellent communication skills
Keep up to date with cooking trends, best practices
Skills and knowledge of current food safety requirements and legislation

To succeed in this role, you must have:
Relevant trade qualification in commercial cookery




Ability to work between the hours of 6am - 3pm
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while constantly maintaining a calm demeanour
Be extremely team orientated
