Join the Catering Team at Hardi Aged Care – Blacktown

At Hardi Aged Care, mealtimes are an important part of our residents’ day. We are looking for a reliable and caring Catering Assistant / Kitchen Hand to join our friendly team at our Blacktown facility, working alongside an experienced chef in a supportive workplace.

About the Role

In this role, you will assist with:
• Basic food preparation
• Serving meals and snacks to residents
• Assisting with kitchen stock and deliveries
• Meal trolley service
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
• Dishwashing and general kitchen clean-up duties

Available Shifts- Monday to Friday

About You
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a rapid-paced kitchen environment
• Friendly and respectful when interacting with older people




• Able to maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
• Adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude

Previous experience in hospitality, aged care catering, kitchen hand, or food service roles is desirable but not essential.

Requirements
• Current COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
• Willingness to obtain an NDIS Check
