About the Role

As our Electrical Administrator, you’ll be central to the smooth delivery of our electrical projects. From entering new work orders to coordinating schedules and communicating with clients, you’ll keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
Current job setup: Accurately input and manage incoming work orders
Client coordination: Schedule jobs and ensure effective communication between clients and the field team
Servicem8 support: Create tasks, schedule work, and manage follow-ups and return visits
Project tracking: Monitor project timelines, flag delays, and keep things moving smoothly
General administration: Update spreadsheets, maintain templates,



manage pricing updates, and handle other daily admin tasks

What We’re Looking For

You’re organised, proactive. You enjoy working with people and love keeping things on track. You're also adaptable and open to versatile work arrangements.

Skills & Experience:
Experience in project administration, ideally within the electrical or construction industries
Strong Excel skills; experience with Servicem8 is a bonus
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Clear, professional communication skills
A friendly attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
