About the Role
Leading, volume builder is currently experiencing growth in various BRAND NEW sales centres in the South West Sydney regions (Oran Park). Due to this, they are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join their team.

Reporting to an experienced and supportive Sales Manager and backed up by a well-oiled, high functioning head office administrative team, you will be well versed in the consulting with clients and providing a 5 star experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying customer's needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream home
Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for
Generating and following up leads to convert to sales
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
Consistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry

About You
Whilst you must be available to work Saturday & Sunday, the ideal candidate will also be a driven,



sales hunter who is also comfortable in making house call appointments with your valued clients and managing relationships across the sales process. You will love working out how you can bring your clients project to life, with no project too difficult.
A strong track record in current home sales, experience is a MUST
Thorough understanding of current residential market trends
Sound knowledge of H&L;, KDR & duplex
Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans
Ability to build great relationships
Valuable knowledge of IT systems and processes
Ability to work weekends

Remuneration & Advantages
The successful candidate will receive a base salary of $70k + super + competitive commission structure. OTE $350K+++
