We're partnering with a growing Australian property investment group looking for an ambitious Assistant Property Manager to join its Sydney team.
This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on exposure to a predominantly commercial portfolio, working closely with an experienced Property Manager across leasing, tenant relationships, financials and day-to-day asset operations.
You'll be joining a close-knit team where you'll have genuine responsibility, direct exposure to property ownership and the chance to develop your career beyond traditional property administration.
The Role
Assist in the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio.
Build robust relationships with commercial tenants, owners and contractors.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor works.
Assist with lease documentation, renewals, rent reviews and compliance.
Support property budgets, financial transactions and lease obligations.
Prepare monthly reports, property documentation and management updates.
Attend meetings and support the wider property team across portfolio operations.
About You
Previous experience in commercial property management, lease administration or property coordination.
Understanding of commercial leases, property operations and financial reporting.
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with tenants and stakeholders.
Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling competing priorities.
Ambitious and looking to build a long-term career in commercial property.
