Formula Foods Australia is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Production Assistant to join our small team.
This is a hands-on role assisting with the production and packing of food-grade flavour products.
The Role
Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately
Lifting up to 20 Kg.
Mixing, filling, packing and labelling products
Maintaining a clean and hygienic production area
Following production, food safety and workplace procedures
General production duties as required.
About You
Year 12 completion or equivalent
Positive basic numeracy skills
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
High standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Reliable, organised and able to follow instructions
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
Previous food production or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided.
We’re looking for a dependable, conscientious person who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of accuracy.
