2 Massi de Munde is a Punjabi Indian restaurant located in Windsor, Victoria, offering a diverse menu of traditional favourites and a vibrant dining experience.

To support its restaurant operations, 2 Massi de Munde is currently seeking an experienced full time Retail Manager. The position offers an annual salary of $75,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Determine the appropriate product mix, stock levels, and service standards for the restaurant.

· Develop and implement purchasing and marketing policies and assist in setting prices for food and beverage products.

· Promote and advertise the restaurant’s goods and services to increase customer patronage.

· Assist customers with food and beverage selections, provide product information, and address customer enquiries.

· Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and financial transactions.





· Undertake budgeting and monitor expenditure to support the effective financial management of the establishment.

· Oversee the selection, training, and supervision of staff to maintain consistent service standards.

· Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements across the restaurant.

· Oversee daily restaurant operations, including coordinating service, reservations, and customer flow to ensure effective operations.

· Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain service quality and promptly address operational or customer service issues.

Qualifications:

· Must possess a Diploma in Business or a related field.

· Should have at least one (1) year of relevant managerial experience in Australia, preferably in Indian restaurants.

Note: Australian citizens and permanent residents are preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
