Prior dental experience highly regarded
Saturday availability required (half-day shifts)

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day will flex around your experience and interests, with a focus on recalls and optimising the appointment book. Core responsibilities include:
Welcoming and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
Processing payments and health fund claims, and handling enquiries
Setting the tone for a front desk that reflects our practice values

What We're Looking For
A friendly, patient-focused manner and solid communication skills
Composure and organisation in a busy clinical setting
Reliability, team spirit, and a willingness to learn
