Flinders Food Co Clare is looking for a full-time Venue Lead.
Not someone who needs to be told what to do next. Not someone who disappears into the office when the restaurant gets busy. And definitely not someone who thinks management means bossing people around.
We’re looking for a hospitality person.
Someone who notices a problem and fixes it. Someone who can lead a team with kindness, respect and empathy, while still having a strong approach to standards and accountability.
Someone who loves customers, understands great hospitality and takes pride in running a bloody valuable venue.
You’ll own the day-to-day operation of FFC Clare.
That means leading the team, managing service, solving problems, maintaining standards, communicating with the owners and making decisions confidently.
We want someone who:
Has strong hospitality leadership experience
Can confidently manage FOH and work alongside BOH
Leads people well and builds a robust team culture
Has exceptional customer-service standards
Uses initiative and solves problems
Can have difficult conversations when required
Understands that accountability and kindness can coexist
Is organised, commercially aware and reliable
Actually gives a shit about hospitality
Most importantly, you need to align with what Flinders Food Co stands for.

This isn't a role for someone looking to simply clock in and clock out.
