We're growing again and looking for motivated people to join our storm recovery team.
What You Can Earn
$70,000 base salary + Uncapped commissions $100k–$150k+ OTE
Company vehicle provided
High performers can achieve $20k+ months
About the Role
This is an active, outdoor sales role. You'll spend your days in storm affected areas, talking with homeowners and inspecting properties for hail and storm damage.
You'll:
Inspect residential properties for storm and hail damage
Climb onto roofs to complete inspections
Explain our service and help homeowners start the process
Speak with other homeowners in the area to generate leads
You'll receive full training in roof inspections, storm damage identification,
sales conversations and lead generation.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need insurance experience. Many of our strongest performers have backgrounds in trades, solar, door to door sales, real estate, fitness or other hands on roles.
You'll do well here if you're:
