We are a growing Coffee/Cake/Donut kiosk seeking a Mature Responsible Person to assist the Owner in Managing our business

"Maintaining high standards of coffee quality and cleanliness." "Knowledgeable about coffee and beverage preparation techniques." Supervisory Duties:



"Managing staff ensuring efficient operations." "Training and mentoring recent employees Maintaining stock levels." "Implementing strategies for customer satisfaction and profitability." "Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations."

Other Potential Responsibilities: "Stock orders for FOH and organizing any repairs if needed.

Requirements/Qualifications: Experience: "Proven experience as a Barista, preferably with supervisory experience." "Minimum 1 year of barista experience." Skills: "Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills." "Excellent communication and customer service skills." "Ability to lead and motivate a team." "Passion for coffee and hospitality." "Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment." Other: "Latte art is a bonus." "Leadership potential and eagerness to grow into management."Permanent Part-time , one day on weekends required.
