Position: Warehouse Pick & Packer / Customer Service

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our warehouse operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
Handle customer enquiries and provide order updates.
Communicate with Korean-speaking customers.
Assist with inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
Perform stock checks and inventory updates.
Support daily warehouse operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements:
Fluent Korean speaking is MANDATORY.
Basic English communication skills.
Previous warehouse or customer service experience preferred.
Basic computer skills (Excel,



email and WMS).
Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on warehouse duties.
Responsible, organised and a team player.

Student visa and Bridging visa holders are welcome to apply.
Applicants must have valid working rights in Australia.
Working hours must comply with visa conditions.
