This is a hands-on coordination role based in the Gold Coast office. You'll manage a steady flow of small maintenance jobs at retail stores across both countries, from the first request through to completion and handover.
Key responsibilities
Receive and assess maintenance requests from clients
Scope the work and prepare quotes
Engage and schedule contractors and trades in each location
Track jobs from start to finish and keep clients updated
Check that work is completed to standard and closed out properly
Make sure documentation, photos and paperwork are in order for invoicing
Work closely with project managers, construction managers and accounts team
About you
Experience in shopfitting, retail fitout or building maintenance
A good understanding of how trades and site works run
Experience coordinating contractors,
ideally across multiple locations
Clear, confident communication with clients and trades
Solid attention to detail and good follow through
Solid computer skills
