About the Role

As a Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining the safe flow of vehicles, pedestrians, and workers around construction and roadwork sites. Every shift is different, and you’ll be part of a team that prides itself on professionalism and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Manage traffic flow using stop/slow bats and approved traffic control devices.
Set up, monitor, and pack down traffic management equipment.
Implement and manage lane closures and complex traffic management setups.
Coordinate traffic closures safely in live traffic environments.
Communicate effectively with site supervisors, project managers, site teams, and road users.
Ensure compliance with Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), WHS requirements, and site-specific procedures.




Follow all required safety procedures and protocols.
Represent Allied Traffic Management in a skilled and positive manner at all times.

Role Requirements
Valid Traffic Control certifications.
White Card (Construction Induction).
Proven leadership capability and robust communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
