This hands-on role combines café management with food preparation and cooking, offering the opportunity to oversee the daily operations of a busy café while delivering quality meals and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operation of the café including food production, stock control, customer service, staff management, and financial oversight.
Prepare and cook a variety of meal and food products
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Lead,



motivate and develop two Cafe Attendants to foster a positive and collaborative work culture
Analyse sales and costings to identify prospects for growth and improvement.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and workplace safety requirements

Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food preparation and cooking
Barista experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Hold a current driver's licence
