What you'll do

You'll be on the factory floor doing final assembly and finishing of custom cabinetry:



skilled, detail-oriented work where you're the last set of hands before a kitchen leaves our factory.
Complete final assembly and finishing using hand and power tools
Read job sheets and production drawings accurately
Apply your advanced CNC and CAD/CAM skills
Make quality adjustments, check alignment and rework for a perfect finish before dispatch
Work with your team to keep production on schedule
Keep your area clean, secure and WHS-compliant

What you'll bring
A Cabinet Making trade qualification, or solid experience in assembly and joinery fit-off
Confidence with cabinet-making machinery and hand and power tools
CNC and CAD/CAM experience (highly regarded)
A sharp eye for detail and pride in a premium finish
A problem-solving mindset: you spot defects early and get it right the first time
Reliability and a safety-first attitude
