Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent for a Casual, on-site position based in Adelaide, SA.
Some of your key duties will include:
Managing room reservation requests by booking, entering, and updating reservation details in the system to ensure a seamless and effective reservation process.
Responding to booking enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Delivering high-quality customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
Ensuring accurate payment information is received and entered into the system in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Previous Front Office Reception or Reservation experience preferably in a hotel or serviced apartment setting
Qualified telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills
A friendly and positive can-do attitude who enjoys working in a team
Excellent grooming and presentation standards
Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Previous experience with RMS is desirable
The flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends
Candidates must have the legal right to work in Australia

Pay: $34.96 – $48.94 per hour
