About the Role and Tasks:

We are seeking Registered nurses to join S. Antonio Da Padova Village at 7 North Road Ryde NSW.

· You will manage the provision of the daily care needs for residents while supporting the team around you.

· You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments,

· Engage in nursing practices that enhance the dignity and integrity of all residents, fostering independence

· Overall management of medications.

· You will liaise with doctors, Allied Health specialists, and family members in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual resident care.

· You will supervise and coordinate with care workers, enrolled nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

· Providing information about residents to their family members, updating their family members on their treatment and care.

· Overall responsibility for the nursing care of the resident.

· You will be responsible for Medications, Providing interventions, and treatments to residents.

To be successful in the role the suitable applicant must be/have:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

· Qualified Registered Nurse with AHPRA

· One year or more Aged Care Experience.





· Demonstrate robust leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritise workload

· Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills

· Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

· Experience providing clinical resident-centred care.

· Knowledge and understanding of, and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

· Understanding of the Aged Care legislative framework and requirements, including best practise clinical nursing standards, and experience with AN ACC funding.

· Excellent computer and documentation skills

· Empathy and an emphasis on treating others with dignity and respect

· The right to work in Australia

· Current National Police Check

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
