We are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Front of House team member to join our café team in Williamstown.

About the Role

As a Front of House team member, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our customers while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the café.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting customers and providing friendly, attentive service
Taking customer orders and processing payments
Serving food and beverages to customers
Clearing and resetting tables
Maintaining a clean, organised and presentable dining area
Assisting with takeaway orders
Communicating customer requests and dietary requirements to the kitchen
Supporting the team during busy breakfast, brunch and lunch periods
Restocking front-of-house supplies when required
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Working effectively as part of a small and supportive team

What We’re Looking For
Previous café,



restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Friendly, positive and approachable personality
Ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods
Reliable and punctual
Well-presented and qualified
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A genuine interest in hospitality and creating a outstanding customer experience

Barista skills are an advantage but not essential.
