Triple C Auto Group Pty Ltd is an automotive workshop in Woodridge, Queensland. We provide general mechanical repairs and servicing for passenger and light commercial vehicles.
About the role
We are looking for a qualified motor mechanic to join our workshop at Unit 1, 14 Timms Court, Woodridge. You will diagnose, service and repair customer vehicles and work with limited supervision.
Duties
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment and road tests.
Carry out scheduled logbook services, including oil, filter and fluid changes
Dismantle, repair and reassemble engines, transmissions, clutches and differentials
Repair and replace brake, steering, suspension, cooling and exhaust systems
Repair or replace worn and faulty parts, and test and adjust them after fitting.
Inspect vehicles for roadworthiness and report on the work required.
Explain faults and repair options to customers and prepare job cards and parts lists.
Keep service records up to date and the workshop clean and secure.
Skills and experience required
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, or an equivalent trade qualification
At least [2] years of experience as a motor mechanic in a workshop
Sound fault-finding skills on a range of vehicle makes and models
A current driver licence
Positive spoken and written English for dealing with customers and records
Your own basic hand tools
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
