We're a busy, well-loved local café in beautiful Shellharbour, and we're looking for our next Head Chef. Whether you're a qualified chef ready to run your own kitchen or a cook keen to step up, we want to hear from you. All levels of experience are welcome.

What you'll be doing
Running a busy breakfast and lunch service
Preparing fresh, quality food with consistency and care
Bringing your own touch to specials and menu ideas
Managing prep, stock and ordering
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and food safety compliant
Working closely with front of house to keep service running smoothly
What we're looking for
A chef or cook with a passion for good food (all experience levels considered)
Someone who can stay calm and keep quality high when it's busy
A positive, can-do attitude and a good sense of humour
Reliability and pride in your work
Food safety knowledge (certificate a bonus)

Daytime hours only, finished by 2pm
Located in Shellharbour, NSW
