Smile By Design is a premium cosmetic and implant dental practice in North Sydney. We're looking for an experienced dental assistant who takes pride in smooth chairside work, flawless infection control and making patients feel at ease. Our patients are often making big decisions about implants, full-arch restorations and cosmetic makeovers.

Location

44 Miller St, North Sydney: a 5-minute walk from Victoria Cross Metro and North Sydney Station.

What you'll do
Assist our dentists chairside across implant, cosmetic and general procedures
Prepare surgeries, set up trays and anticipate the dentist's next move
Sterilise and reprocess instruments to AS 5369 standards
Take clinical photos, scans and radiographs (if licensed)
Keep accurate clinical notes and help the front desk on busy days
Look after patients' comfort before, during and after treatment

What you'll bring
At least 2 years' experience as a dental assistant (essential)
Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred)
Implant or surgical assisting experience (highly regarded)




Radiography licence (an advantage)
Calm, organised and detail-focused, with high infection control standards
A warm, reassuring manner with patients
