About us
We’re a busy florist serving retail and event customers with same-day/local deliveries. We’re looking for an experienced, reliable delivery driver who can represent the shop with excellent customer service and careful handling of floral goods and gifts.
Key responsibilities
Safely deliver floral orders to residential and commercial addresses on time
Load, secure and unload flowers and arrangements to prevent damage
Communicate with customers about delivery times and to provide proof of delivery photos
Maintain accurate delivery records and update the shop if problems or delays occur
Requirements
Full, valid driving licence pref good driving record
Proven delivery driving experience (ideally 1+ year), preferably with perishable goods
Excellent customer service and valuable communication skills
Physically able to lift and carry boxes/arrangements safely
Punctual, reliable and comfortable working to tight timeframes
Local route knowledge and basic map/GPS skills
Desirable
Experience handling flowers or delicate perishable items
Availability for weekends is desirable
Friendly team and opportunities for development
