Are you the kind of person who thrives in a buzzing warehouse setting, loves keeping things organised, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves? We’re looking for a detail-driven dynamo to join our team as an Dispatcher & Warehouse Allrounder—a pivotal role at the very core of our operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the engine behind our daily dispatch across multiple websites, making sure every order is printed, sorted, and sent to the right spot for picking and packing. You’ll also lend a hand across departments—from corporate branding to inventory stocktakes—keeping everything running like clockwork.

Your day-to-day includes:
Printing and sorting orders by carrier and SKU
Submitting manifests on time
Picking & packing customer orders
Keeping the dispatch office stocked, tidy, and humming
Supporting Gifts Australia and other departments when needed
Helping with inventory stocktakes and ribbon-tying




Making sure Order/Dispatch Office is clean and tidywell stocked of all supplies e.g. Connote paper, printer inks, gift cards, stationary etc
Bringing ideas to streamline our processes
Pitching in wherever needed across the warehouse

Pay: $33.00 – $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
