We are looking for a Testing Technician to join our team and support the testing and quality assurance of jobs completed by Production. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Must have full working rights in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming jobs from Production to ensure they are ready for testing.
Perform testing procedures in accordance with established processes and standards.
Work closely with Production, Testing, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth coordination and completion of jobs.
Coordinate with relevant team members regarding additional features, equipment, or testing requirements.
Identify and promptly report any issues, lapses, or non-conformances.
Accurately complete and submit all required testing checklists and documentation within required timeframes.
Ensure all testing activities comply with established Quality Assurance (QA) and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
Provide skilled and efficient customer support over the phone when required.




Perform other reasonable testing-related duties as assigned by management.

About You
Certificate I or II in Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of relevant experience in testing, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Valuable understanding of Quality Assurance and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
Solid communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments and with customers.
High attention to detail and a commitment to following established processes.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable, organised, and willing to learn.
