About the Role
You’ll be working with small groups (up to 6 students), supporting primary and/or High school learners in building their skills and confidence.

Robust time management and organisational skills
Ability to provide immediate, constructive feedback and written feedback on student work
Confidence communicating effectively with parents
Flexibility around university schedules
High regarded - if you have a sound understanding of systematic phonics and phonemic awareness and arithmetical strategies
Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement
Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week (preferably Monday-Thursday and Saturdays)
Highly regarded - ATAR of 88+
Hold a valid WWCC
Bonus (Highly Regarded)
Previous tutoring experience
Teaching qualifications or current education degree
