We are an established, high-volume restaurant located in the heart of the CBD, and we are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Dishy to join our busy kitchen team.

The Role

As a Dishy, you will play an key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dishwashing area.
Operating commercial dishwashers and hand-washing cookware efficiently during service.
Keeping the dish pit clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
Ensuring clean crockery, cutlery, glassware,



and kitchen equipment are readily available for the team.
Assisting the kitchen team with general cleaning and other tasks as required.
Following all workplace health, safety, and food hygiene procedures.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Able to work efficiently as part of a team.
Available for weekend shifts.
Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is preferred but not essential.

Pay: $28.00 – $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
