As Guest Services Team Leader, you will lead and support the Guest Services team in their daily duties, providing friendly, qualified and efficient service to guests. You will assist with bookings, enquiries, payments and general reception duties, help resolve guest enquiries and concerns in a professional and positive manner, and ensure reception and Guest Services operations run smoothly each day. You will support the team during busy periods and provide guidance when required, maintain high standards of presentation, communication and customer service, work closely with park management and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience, and assist with the coordination and prioritisation of daily operational requirements.
Key responsibilities

Work closely with park management and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
Assist with the coordination and prioritisation of daily operational requirements
About you
Has previous experience in customer service, tourism, accommodation, hospitality or a similar workplace
Experience with Newbook would be advantageous
Has experience leading or supervising a team
Is confident, organised and able to remain calm in a busy environment
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoys problem solving and takes a practical, positive approach
Has strong attention to detail
Is comfortable using computer-based booking and administration systems
Is reliable, approachable and willing to lead by example
Own vehicle and be available to work across 5 locations
